Your 50% retainer fee to lock in a filming date with us, are non refundable. No worries though, it’s important to us to always try and accommodate for any cancelations or changes you may have in your project. Just let us know about any changes as soon as you can.

After a discovery call, the next step to secure a date is a 50% (total cost of project) partial payment retainer fee is required

During this process you will be given a rough cut as a courtesy, that keeps you in the loop of the editing process. Every edit is given two free revisions to ensure that you are satisfied with the final product.
